There are some meals that will remain as memory in our life ... I always loved the way my mamajee's wife Apa Gori made her roast and we ended up naming it Apa Gori's roast. Apa Gori chicken roast make a paste masala than marinate chicken. red chillie garlic masala salt ground dhania (coriander) ground Jeeru (Cumin) tumeric safforn strands soaked in little hot water lemon juice tomato sauce a tomato liquidise 1tlb ground almonds marinate for an hour. heat ghee (Clarified butter) add taj whole green chillies whole Elachi (cardomom).add chickn cook on a very low heat.I fried small potato and added to pot later when half way cooked.garnish with green dhania (coriander).plz pray for my Apa gori she gave me this recipe years ago and shes passed away a few years ago.Allah grant her high stage in Janah Ameen.miss her loads.she was a lovely lady.
