INGREDIENTS
250 g butter/ Rama margarine
three quarter cup castor sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
half cup oil
quarter teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups desiccated coconut
quarter teaspoon salt
enough flour to make a soft dough
METHOD
Cream the butter and castor sugar. Add
in the rest of the ingredients and make
a soft dough. Roll out, scrape with a
fork and cut into shapes. Sprinkle
100's and 1000's and bake at 180 degree
for 15-20 minutes. A family favourite!!!
