INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillet-cubed,2 teaspoon ginger garlic,2-3tspn ground green chillies,2 teaspoon lemon pepper,1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) & 2 teaspoon salt.
METHOD
cook chicken with above spices until done.In another pot saute 2 large onions diced,2 green peppers cubed,½ punnet mushrooms sliced &1 cup frozen corn.Once done stir into cooked chicken.Make a thick white sauce with 2 cups milk,4 tablespoon butter &4 tablespoon flour,salt & white pepper.stir into chicken mixture.Once cool add in 1 cup grated cheese.Make an yeast dough.Roll out.Cut into circles.Put filling,fold into a semi-circle.Press edges with a fork.Bake at 180 deg C for 10-15 minutes.
