Pineapple Puffs

INGREDIENTS

250ml s.raising flour
250ml grated pineapple
2ml salt
60g butter-melted
2 large eggs
cinnamon powder & sugar (mixed)

METHOD

Sift flour & salt. Beat eggs & butter &
add to the dry ingredients. Add
pineapple.Fry teaspoonfuls in deep warm
oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with
cinnamon sugar.
