INGREDIENTS
Binda
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
¼ - ½ teaspoon red chillies
1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
METHOD
Wash and wipe binda.
Slit the tops and bottom, slice in halves or quarters. (I sliced in halves)
Heat oil in a pan and quick fry until the stickiness disappears,
Add the spices
Mix well and let it cook until done
Enjoy!!!!!!!
