INGREDIENTS
5 chicken fillet cubed
1 onion
oil
1 teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon green masala
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon red chillies
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 tablespoon mayo
METHOD
braise onion in oil until golden , add
ginger garlic , green masala , then add in
chicken fillet , allow to cook for 5 minutes ,
add in all your dry spices , allow chicken
to cook .
once chicken has been cook fill in your
shwarmas and add mayo , salad and other sauces
as required .
INFO & TIPS
sauce such as steers peri peri n garlic
sauce can be added into the pot with
chicken fillet simmer for 2 min
