2 cups jungle Oats 1 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup dessicated coconut Mix all together KEEP ASIDE
In pot melt +- 250 g Butter With ½ teaspoon bicarb and 1Tblsp golden syrup When the butter melts and froths
Add the dry ingredients gradually till well mixed (If a bit dry add more melted butter to the mixture) Grease baking tray Flatten the above in tray and press Firmly Bake at 180* for 20-25 minutes till golden brown When almost cool cut in blocks Keep in sealed container Variations: Pecan nuts crushed can be added to the dry ingredients or just pressed on top of mixture when pressing on tray And once baked chocolate can be spread or piped on top Enjoy
