INGREDIENTS
1 baby chicken cut in 4 make slits in chicken and marinate with2 teaspoon garlic2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon lemon pepperΒ½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon najmahs chilli paste2 teaspoon crushed red chilliesΒΌ teaspoon huldiCrushed green chillie3 tab coimbra sauce available at Address3 tab olive oil3 tab lemon juice
METHOD
Marinate chicken place on a grilling tray add blobs of butter Cover with foil and bake at 180 deg for 30 minutes remove foil and place oven on grill and grill chicken till slightly charred place on serving platter and baste with extra coimbra sauce sprinkle parsley. Serve with chips and bibis pitas ππFor basting add coimbra sauce in a pot add a slice of garlic butter and 2 tab fresh cream and 1 tab mayo leftover marinade from chicken boil and baste chicken ππΏI cooked chicken on an electric griddle and den basted it with sauce before serving.
