1kg steak (Finely cubed)
2 teaspoon red masala
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
3tblspns steers garlic sauce
5tblpsns steers Peri peri sauce
1tblspn mustard sauce
Ready made puff pastry sheets
Ready made mash potato
Ready made red chutney
1.) marinate steak for +-1 hour with red masala, salt , vinegar and oil and keep aside.
2.)melt butter in a pot, add the marinated steak to this and cook till tender. Leave to cool.
3.)when cooled down, mix in the steers sauces.
4.)cut pastry into rounds or flowers , place in silver cups and bake at 180degrees till pastry is golden brown.
5.)fill baked pastry cases with the steak,top with mashed potato and red chutney and bake again for +-5mins.
