INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillet cut in strips/cubes
Cook with
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Half teaspoon crushed green chillies
Half cup yoghurt/sourmilk
Salt/crushed pepper
Haldi for colour
1 tablespoon coconut
1 tablespoon ground almonds
1 tablespoon mayonaise
80g butter
Cook till chicken is done..dont burn dry
METHOD
In a pot bring to boil the ffg:
1 cup milk
1 cup fresh cream
1 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
Add to chicken and boil together till thickens
