INGREDIENTS
Half packet bakers digestive biscuits
3 tablespoon butter
Half cup fresh cream
ΒΌ cup icing sugar
1 tub fresh cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Β½ cup Fresh strawberries
3 teaspoon brown sugar
ΒΌ cup water
METHOD
For the base:
In a food processor put biscuits and melted butter and blits until fine then fill ramekins and pat down with a spoon
Put in d fridge to harden for Β½ hour
For the topping:
In a food processor whip fresh cream and 1/4cup icing sugar until soft peaks then add vanilla essence and cream cheese and blits until mixed
Spoon filling into the centre of ramekins and spread set for 3hrs
For the strawberry topping:
In a saucepan add cut strawberries and sugar mix it then add the water and once strawberries are soft you can mash it allow to cool and spread over cheesecake
