2c flour, 2 tsp bp, half tsp salt, 2 TBSP soft ghee, 1 cup yoghurt.
Mix flour, bp and salt in a bowl. Rub in ghee. Make a soft dough with the yoghurt. Rest for 30 mins. Divide into 8 balls, roll thick rotis and cook on tawa using ghee. Once done, drizzle melted garlic butter over.
