onions,even if it's just a little,throw them away.Wash ur pot & start over
because the burnt onions will make ur food taste bitter.If u burn ur food
scoop out the contents except the burnt excess at the bottom,put in a
new pot with freshly fried onions.

bottom of mushroom , slicing dem , put in a pkt n freeze , texture colour n

I now use beat n mix method for any butter cake recipes This method
produces perfect results. Try it, its so much quicker
