If the food requires sauces , premix ur sauce in 1 container .
If u doing roti meals make them n freeze it . Or carry puff parathas with .

1. U can make cottage pie in a foil container n heat up their .
2. Crumb the chicken from home n freeze it . ( take oil for frying )
3. U can take tortillas u can serve with with wraps , cheese , sweet chili sauce et. )

4 . Cook up steak , fill ur pita bread n freeze it . ( toast on pan wen u eat n add veggies n sauce
5 . Buy box fish and make lemon butter fish ( fry chips , u can take frozen chips )
6 . Marinade kebabs , make the balls ready and steam in little water , fry in butter few minutes before eating , ( if u serve with chutney make it at home n freeze , if lemon butter make it also n freeze , heat on the day )
