Green masala is a combination of dhaniya (coriander) fudina (mint) and green chillies. Some people add garlic and lemon juice. I use 2 bunches dhanya 1 bunch fudina 4 or 5 green chilli coz we eat mild And liquidize Keep in the freezer and use as u desire. i freeze in ice cube trays then use a block at a time

Welcome. Pink drink is milkshake but I didn't have ice cream. Milk, rose syrup, elachi powder. Cool n serve. I piped cream on top n drizzled rose syrup
