I'm sure the butter can be substituted with margarine however I prefer the taste of a pure butter biscuit

A springform pan can be used. I used mini pans which made 12 and bout a 10cm springform pan 2 of those.

I had visitors over frm Jhb and was looking for something quick and easy. Was a big hit ; hehe even my husband complimented me😊 jazakallah for the recipe. P. S I fried potato wedges and added it halfway through the chicken

You can substitute with plain yoghurt.
Buittermilk, plain yogurt or mix together 1cup milk and a tblsp lemon juice, Let stand for 5mins to curdle.
