Slms, almond meal is finely ground almond pwd. Tip - take almond pwd and place in food processor - pulse a few times till VERY fine ....

Slmz lunat place in a nonstick fryg pan n pour melted ghee.that means u fryg in little ghee.with nonstick pans it doesnt obsorb oil.n savoury not oily
