Maaf, the day i made this it was the spur of the moment and i had a whole lot of cubed chick breast and just grabbed a handful...use approximately 1kg chick breast, 125 gr butter, 500 ml cream and spices according to your taste...
i still have to attempt making this recipe soon so will keep that in mind :)

i use orange juice instead of brandy.
