Marshmallow Fondant
Thanks ladies, this fondant is much better than the ones you buy in the shops, as it's not as hard and the taste is awesome!
To cover the cupcake use a round cookie cutter and press out rounds. Use the rounds to cover the cupcake with and then decorate with little flowers, butterflies and so forth.
To get the cupcake looking like the ones in the pix. I piped buttercream icing over first and used the little flowers and butterflies for decoration. To finish off I sprinled with some edible glitter which can be found at the baking store.
For the multi-colored icing. Make on buttercream icing, divide into separate bowls. Color each bowl to your preference. When you fill the icing bag, use teaspoons of each color alternately. Pipe over cupcakes using a star nozzle. The possibilities are endless! Have fun trying!
