Yes,can pat into tray.Cut with knife before baking.Bake n cut again .Loosen n then crisp.
Add a little cooking oil to soften the dough.Next time add flour as needed

miricle whip ,found in supermarket,packed near mayo. It is nestle dessert cream.you can variate recipe,add 1 tablespoon red wet masala and cut down on machachos spice. these fried strips are devine in a wrap. enjoy!!!!
