Ayesha Kadwa Seedat Sorry, I don't have pics! But I can try a detailed description!using large spring roll pastry, cut in 3 strips. Fold like samoosa, but, coz its wide, u get a samoosa with 1 long n 2 shorter sides. Personally, I use a smaller pastry n fold it loke a samoosa. Looks cuter! Filling really tasty!

Slmz. No the pie dough must not be pre baked. I do not make the pie dough use ready made pie dough, try delhi delicious pie dough or fatima's pie dough both are quite nice.
