Baklava Cup Cakes
A cupcake with a streusel topping is always a hit! And the buttermilk will give it that moist, melt in the mouth consistency. I'll definitely try these!
Guest, when a recipe calls for buttermilk, you can substitute it for sour milk, plain yoghurt or sour cream. Also make your own buttermilk by adding a tblsp or two of vinegar / lemon juice to milk. Stir and allow to stand for 10 minutes before using :)
