Hi, I made this dessert the other day and it was lovely. But i juts want to know if the dessert cream and condensed milk mixture is supossed to stay runny. Can we maybe put something in it for it to be more stiff coz i want to make this again.

Never tried it with swissroll but I'm sure it would work as well. Also an alternative to using coffee is using chocolate nesquick or hot chocolate

For a near perfect shape try the following:Press the roti ball with your palm to flatten it,sprinkle lightly with flour,roll from centre of pastry away from you turning the circle clockwise after every roll. I know it sounds daunting but I promise you it gets easier after a few times.Enjoy!!!
Slmz I'm not sure where the name kokni comes from - but that is the name of the masala I buy at our local spice shop in Cape Town. Maybe you must enquire at your local spice shop. The recipe is my own version and when I compiled and made it for the first time I liked it and stuck with it. I;m sure if you use chicken tandoori m masala it can work.

also called zeal found in all supermarkets at the spices section also robertsons spices have zeal in a brown bottle,when using this go less on salt as zeal is salty
