i make them all da time and they have never flopped. Sometimes it sinks a little but the cream covers any little faults. The trick is in beating the egg whites really well.

You can use other fruits like fresh mango, strawberries, grapes and mix with drained canned fruits. Can also prepare it with only cream or just Ideal milk.
Ideal milk is full cream evaporated milk. Nestle or other brands will do. Unsweetened.

slmz ,yumna your shud be soft and it shld be left aside for an hour .then roll out as instructed.use a little flour,when rolling.practice makes perfect.
