slmz.it did take much longer to bake then usual,a cake like this needs to be iced with sweet fresh cream and strawberries or syrup cherries.

I also tried it but i reduced the amount of cocoa powder. It does have a nice taste but i agree, the texture is more like a muffin. I think it would make lovely cup cakes. I also found that it took really long to bake.

Salaams, Been looking for a grt Haleem recipe. How many people would this recipe serve. I want to make it for our local mosque for the 27th night of Ramadaan. I will use chicken for my Haleem instead of mutton.

wslm. wire griddles like a wire cake cooling rack. cant b done on the stove or oven bcoz it has to have some brown bits as it does on the tandoori naan. (u can c in the picture) as for the shape - any will do !
