dear Madam,
1 . Firstly do u coat chicken with dry mochachos spice , secondly do you marinate chicken with mayonaise / miracle whip and lemon juice and then leave overnite to marinate.

I do not understand , or you add dry spice, mayonaise/miracle whip and lemon juice in spice and then marinate chicken
