baklava one of my faves!!! i usually add slivered and chopped almonds too. i dont cut alk the way to the bottom cos then the bottom gets to soggy . so i cut just before i reach the bottom then bake and then pout syrup .
yes its perfect for carrot cake. try the one called carrot and pineapple cake it delicious.

Tried dis recipe n was a hit!! Made a few changes tho... Used custard pwd instead of cornflour, condensed milk to sweeten instead of sugar, n cream crackers instead of pastry. Used almond essence but next tym gna try vanilla jus to see d diff:)
