slmz tried the roti dough yesterday "AMAZING RECIPE" i usually buy roti's but decided to give this a go and shukr was worth all the effort. I added the 1/2 ghee into the dough and used more for smearing and frying, not the healthiest way but it was very tasty.... jzk Amina

Slmz @ zaahira. I m not sure of how many cups of liquid it makes becos I nver measured it. I normaly jst luqidize the amount stated & put it in. Hope dat answers ur ? The more tomatoe you add the more saucy ur mince wil be.

Make sure that your cheesecake is well set before removing from tin, leave in fridge for a good few hours or preferably overnight. You can feel the top of the cheesecake, if it doesn't stick to your fingers, then its set. You can also try greasing the tin with a bit of butter /spray & cook.

@Shireen Wslm I don't make, but my mums recipe is: 1 kg green chillies, 2-3 heaped tbl garlic, grind twice so it's smooth. Add little oil, 1 tsp salt & few tsp lemon juice to preserve green colour. For dahi masala, just add 1 tsp ground jeero & 1 bunch dhania, grind together with chillies.
