Salaams. Can sunflower oil be used in the dough instead of olive oil?
its better to liquidize the klim mixture,when its smooth its easier to nozzle as well.You wont find the small tiny lumps.
Jee it is the smooth burfee as I liquidized the dry mixture so it was fine like powder.So when you cook it on the stove shukar it comes out very smooth thereafter.
Is this the smooth burfee?
I use the big tin but not the whole thing,usually the small tin isn't enough.use more than half tin from the big tin.
Can u plz mention the size of the tin .wether it's big or small jzkl.

Fiya it will be liquidy because the sugar melts but as you stir and allow it too cook it will start to become hard maybe 20minutes Approx 27 to 30 Have you seen the tutorial ? That shall make it easy for you as well
