4Tblspn Milk
4Tblspn Hot water
Vanilla Essence

Cream butter and sugar until white and creamy. Add the Milk and hot water 1 tblsp alternatively at a time and beat.Add vanilla essence last and mix.

1tsp crushed garlic
1 med onion, grated
coriander leaves, chopped
3 tbsp dry bread crumbs
2½ tsp ground green chillies
1½tsp crushed cumin
1½ tsp tsp crushed dana
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Spring onions

Mix everything together. Shape in small balls. Flatten a bit or myk oblong. Fry in swallow oil.

Tried this recipe as a cuppies and it came out good. Made 18 small-medium sized cupcakes. Baked for about 15mins on 180*c. Was a bit concerned when baking, as the mixture was really stiff (almost like a biscuit dough), but once carrot was added and mixed a bit, it became more liquid. Really delightful recipe. Thnks Indira :) PS: I added chopped pecan nuts.
