U can leave out the cloves if u want to..and add garlic or garlic n ginger to the meat while braising gv nice flavour n u won't gt funny taste frm the meat..

Wslmzz..@ razia..i used the Jacobs coffee it is a bit strong aso but it wasn't overpowering at all was delicious but u can use ricoffy tried it wth tht too..and the topping cools off tht strongness of the coffee hope that helps..

Wslmz..@ waheeda it must jst b lil soft nt melted fully so like befre u start wth cake take out all ingredients by the tym ur cake in oven ..ur butter wil b soft thn u jst beat it in..beat nicely till well mixed.. hope tht helps

Hi @ Nura. The recipe says 2 cups flour but if you read in method you will see it say enough flour to make dough. My advice would be just keep a cup of flour next to you adding little @ time until dough no longer sticks to you hand & it rollable.
