Wslm meera you place on the rolled out dough and bake it all one time . I dnt think it would be recommended to make in the morning I serve at night unless you will reheat in oven

Rashida, Sumac in recipe is a Spice, used in a lot of Middle Eastern Dishes that has a slight lemonish taste, however back home in South Africa I made this and just substitued it with extra Lemon juice in dressing.. Hope this helps.

Slm . its a drop doughnut hence just a round ball. I found the recipe to spread I added some normal flour as well.
