Slmz,Fiya JazakAllah, it was a Mock Cream icing Mock Cream 125g Butter 1/2 cup castor sugar 4Tblspn Milk 4Tblspn Hot water Vanilla Essence Cream butter and sugar until white and creamy. Add the Milk and hot water 1 tblsp alternatively at a time and beat.Add vanilla essence last and mix.
