It's not very moist but not a dry texture either if not over baked and its Not oily.
Just a quick question on texture? My recipe asks for milk and oil but not cheese. The texture is moist and quite oily!!! What's the texture like in this recipe as I'm keen to try.

Ws zee786 no you take a pot place dhal onions tomato masala everything n litle oil accept methi bhajee.cook than add methi bhajee when dhal is cooked half way.than cook till bhajee cooked well

Zee786 i only cook without measurmnt about a cup dhal u soak over night rince in morning.than chop onion n tomato add masala to ur strength n cook on low heat.til dine.i hope this will help
