Wsalm sahayda maaf i didnt explain well.red masala is ground fresh redchiilie n garlic paste
the wet soft masala .i mke my own n freeze

Green masala is a combination of dhaniya (coriander) fudina (mint) and green chillies.
Some people add garlic and lemon juice.

I use 2 bunches dhanya
1 bunch fudina
4 or 5 green chilli coz we eat mild
And liquidize
Keep in the freezer and use as u desire.

i freeze in ice cube trays
then use a block at a time
