Hi. Maimoona. Yes 1/2 cup oil @ Mariam it makes approx 30 to 40 depending on size. It also freezes well. Just thaw for 10 min and put in preheated oven 180 for 5 minutes.

Hi Lunat. You put a sml piece of dough in the palm of your hand and press it flat. Then put a good amount of filling in the centre of dough and fold over. Close it nicely so there's no holes. Put in baking tray and let rise again before baking.

Jee these are from same dough. Yes they must be soft. Not too soft as it will loose shape when baking
