U can't remember how long I baked it for I bake it til it was golden brown on the top and just kept on checking if the dough is baked it musnt be hard though

Wslm I actually made my dough in my dough machine so I just put my ingredients all together bt if u doing by hand then to rub ur butter into your dough would be better..just beat the egg whites dnt need to be stiff....jee you can mix your filling and the topping together if you want... And I rolled mine out thin like a roti and used a cup cake size cutter to cut out round shapes

Slms, must butter be rubbed into the flour, before other ing are added?Must the dough be rolled very thin? Also, for the topping, the egg whites must be beaten, stiffly beaten? Also can the topping and filling be mixed together then fill dough cups? For how long do you usually bake? Shukran.
