If still no luck - use big scone cutters - fill one half - fold over an press edge with a fork (dip in flour to prevent sticking) - to seal edges. Hope this tip helps - take care.

slmz maaf sorry for late reply , 1 and half onions should be braised before you add the mutton , and the other half should be fried to a crispy golden brownand crushed then added to the masalas when putting in the meat
