Blue ribbon or snow flake is a better flour to use.Golden cloud is a dense flour so the product will be dry and dense.

This is devine.Only find that we have grease the foil first so that chicken don't stick to foil.Also turn the chicken after steamed on 1 side,do the other side for 15 to 20 minutes as well.Otherwise this recipe is devine.

Yes, you left out the bit where the cream is added. The cream needs to be beaten to a soft consistency then added to the cooled marshmallow/chocolate mixture before pouring over the biscuit mixture.

No doesn't need to pre bake , it will bake as the res of the ingredients will come together , should bake for atleast 30 min or until completely done
