The topping is 1 cup Fresh cream whipped with half tin of caramel. Chocolate ganache to decorate the top:)

sori for late reply - i have been away da caramel treat doesn't set - is a little firm
slms, - maaf - i have been away @ Nazira - yes its 1 kg yoghurt
slms - maaf - have been away @ Kashefah - whip fresh cream
slms to all - maaf have been away @ Shainaaz - try not to double recipe - else when u frying the jamuns don't rise and crack well
