No need to buy burgers again. Tried this easy recipe. The patties were so juicy and moist. I had to make it 2 days in a row because my family enjoyed it so much. They had it in a bun with melted cheese. I used a lettuce wrap 4 mine. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe 💓

Jazaakillahu khayraa for the recipe sister. I used to love caramel loaf when visiting SA. I doubled the recipe and it was really tasty and delicious Just a note for anyone. If you are making the brioche dough it is much easier with a stand mixer. I found the dough very wet, so needed to add more flour, but I still kept the dough a bit sticky. Also to the caramel tin I added some milk and cream to cut the sweetness.

What size is a small tin of nestle cream? Is it the 155g tin?
