Baked these rusks but only 35 minutes Removed from oven sliced put back in switched off oven overnight Perfect Jazakallah
Slms made this....cake lovely but I don't know why the sauce kept on burning although I heated and boiled on lowest setting Two attempts failed Finally I did it in the microwave for only 3 minutes and I think it's fine Perhaps boiling sauce for 15 minutes is way too long 🤔
A bit difficult to find good quality pistachio and cardamom essence.

Made this. Was a winner. I actually used my own cipcake recipe. Then decided to mk this so added the rose water and elachi to the batter. Followed the recipe for toppings n glaze. Everyone loved it

Delicious. I left out vinegar and chilli sauce. Used red pepper flakes. You have to taste and adjust. The method is simple and worked well - winner family dinner!
