@Fal - I didnt actually measure it....try half c of chana flour and half c of chilli bite mix to start off with.
U can always add a TB more of both flours as u go along...(use your discretion to add more if u need) hope that helps and I hope u try n njoy it-Insha Allah.

The Mcdaddy of gulab jamun recipes! Super easy to make. I got around 12/13 balls. Didn't have a jumbo egg so just lightly mixed 2 normal eggs and used ¾ of the mixture. Can serve singularly and decorate with pistachio and rose petals for an extra pretty look.

This recipe doesn't really make sense to me. I'm supposed to melt the sugar on its own without any additions (water/butter), then add the honey? I added 1Tbsp of honey, and it wasn't sufficient, so i added another 1. The taste wasn't bad, but it's a highly disappointing recipe.

Best Carrot Cake

A winner. Super easy. Tips: Instead of mixed spice, just added a pinch or 2 of nutmeg and powdered clove. Added ¼ cup broken up pecans. Used 2 round cake tins, lined with baking paper.
Cream cheese frosting:
¼/½ cup butter
1 to 2 cups icing sugar (use 1 c then see)
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ or more tub cream cheese
Mix. Top with crushed toasted almonds/pecans
