Made this. Was a winner. I actually used my own cipcake recipe. Then decided to mk this so added the rose water and elachi to the batter. Followed the recipe for toppings n glaze. Everyone loved it

Delicious. I left out vinegar and chilli sauce. Used red pepper flakes. You have to taste and adjust. The method is simple and worked well - winner family dinner!

Tried this. It came out absolutely delicious. I used sujees peri peri masala instead of Naimah’s.i omitted the crushed green chillies and added a little bit of crystals sandwich man sauce to the other sauces. JazakAllah for the recipe

@Azra - I would start of with 1 cup and add in gradually till I feel the dough is right
@Amatullah - Jazaakallah Rotis @fouzy_pal_1 4 cups flour 3 tbl oil 1 tsp salt 2 cups boiling water 💧+- I use my stand mixer with the dough hook attachment n knead well till smooth. (Adding little water if necessary) Roll out brush ghee poke holes with fingers. Roll up as swissroll Cover n leave aside for 15 to 20 mins. Divide into 15 balls. Roll out n fry on medium hot tawa brushing ghee mixed with oil on both sides N fry till golden ✨️

@Binte Abd - Haven't made T-Bone in a while but I would just salt it overnight in the fridge. Then sear on high heat. Thereafter simmer on very low in some tasty sauces until tender. I have learnt that this is the basic formula for meat, especially the tougher cuts. You can also have a look at my pepper steak if you like, we really enjoy that one 💓
