@Ray - Wslmz maaf 4 the late reply. Depending on ur cake pan. If u bake in 1 cake pan it takes around 45 mins. In a low shallow wide pan about ½ hour

This is such an amazing chicken soup recipe. I've made it about 3 times in the past month already. The only thing I changed was instead of using regular salt, I used garlic salt. Jazakallah for the recipe.
This is my go to samoosa filling when I decide to make my own samoosas. It's so delicious. I didn't add strong enough chillies when I was cooking it so I added green Chilli hot sauce when the filling cooled down and I seem to do that till now. It adds a little something extra to the samoosa. It's "The Kitchen" green Chilli hot sauce bottle from Checkers. It's like R12

This recipe is surely a handful, so much prep, but it produces such a delicious outcome. I've made it twice already in a short span of time. Mainly because there was so much liquid in my baking tray after I made it the first time that I poured it into a container and refrigerated it for another use. It was perfectly fine to use again.
This recipe makes a tasty meal but it came out very strong for me, like the ratio of the masala to chicken was not balanced. For next time I think i would either half the recipe for all the spices or double the amount of chicken.
This recipe is simple, yet very delicious. I customized it a bit. I added mixed veggies directly to the chicken. I added fresh carrots, fresh Sweetcorn cobs and baby potatoes. I also added about 2 tblsp of tomato paste to the marinade.
