@Bint Shabbir - Jazakallah for trying them out. True... Dough stays quite well in the fridge and can be fried when required. You can also freeze them and fry them when needed.
This recipe is so easy. I've kept the dough in the fridge, ready cut puris also in the fridge, and they fry just as fine.
Tooo good! Because the mixture is sticky I used an icing bag and formed logs directly on an oven tray and baked on 180 for 20mins until firm. then only do I fry in a pan before serving.
My dough was very soft. Is the butter supposed to be 1/4 lb or was I supposed to put more flour?
