Very simple and easy to make. Perfect as a mini or normal burger filling rather than a savoury. It was more "pattie"-like than light savoury. Used freshly ground mince, as recommended. Can use cheddar instead of kiri (tangy) too.

Slms. You have two recipes . One says 2 cups flour and the other one says 4 cups. However, your syrup recipe is the same for both. Is that a mistake?

@Ray - Wslmz maaf 4 the late reply. Depending on ur cake pan. If u bake in 1 cake pan it takes around 45 mins. In a low shallow wide pan about Β½ hour

This is such an amazing chicken soup recipe. I've made it about 3 times in the past month already. The only thing I changed was instead of using regular salt, I used garlic salt. Jazakallah for the recipe.
This is my go to samoosa filling when I decide to make my own samoosas. It's so delicious. I didn't add strong enough chillies when I was cooking it so I added green Chilli hot sauce when the filling cooled down and I seem to do that till now.
