Rotis @fouzy_pal_1
4 cups flour
3 tbl oil
1 tsp salt
2 cups boiling water 💧+-

I use my stand mixer with the dough hook attachment n knead well till smooth. (Adding little water if necessary)

Roll out brush ghee poke holes with fingers.
Roll up as swissroll
Cover n leave aside for 15 to 20 mins.
Divide into 15 balls.
Roll out n fry on medium hot tawa brushing ghee mixed with oil on both sides
N fry till golden ✨️

@Binte Abd - Haven't made T-Bone in a while but I would just salt it overnight in the fridge. Then sear on high heat.
Thereafter simmer on very low in some tasty sauces until tender. I have learnt that this is the basic formula for meat, especially the tougher cuts.
You can also have a look at my pepper steak if you like, we really enjoy that one 💓

Very easy. Tip: use olive oil on hands when handling dough. Much easier. Garnished with dry herbs, but after baking, drizzled some coriander pesto, inspired by @admin mashuda (see her wonderful focaccia recipe). Crushed corinder, olive oil, salt, flaked garlic and a little chilli (didn't add mayo)
