@Nafisa - I would suggest using a recipe that is specifically no-churn. This recipe might develop icy flakes if it's not churned.
@Nafisa - You don't necessarily need a mixer. I just like to make the dough extra smooth. Sift the flour in and mix the heck out of it with a wooden spoon/ spatula :)
@Nafisa - It's normal square cut pastry from pastry delights all you you is turn it so it's like a diamond shape add filling and bring the 2 points top and bottomto centre
