Excellent recipe. So yummy; so tasty. A keeper. Used boxed hake fillet, but will also try with fresh fish 1 day coz must be really yummy. Served with rotis and a side of spicy cachumber salad. Divine

Best cupcakes EVER. So light and easy to make. Jzk so much for sharing. I added 1 tsp vanilla essence coz I couldn't fathom cupcakes without that. Trying caramel essence next time. Did half with salted caramel frosting and half with chocolate ganache, edible gold dust, grated choc and choc chips.
