@Nafisa - I would suggest using a recipe that is specifically no-churn. This recipe might develop icy flakes if it's not churned.
@Nafisa - You don't necessarily need a mixer. I just like to make the dough extra smooth. Sift the flour in and mix the heck out of it with a wooden spoon/ spatula :)

Tried this for eid dessert Was a hit with my kids... According to them all their favourites Chocolate Strawberry Jelly ( i added that) Our whipping cream is only 3.5 percent fat so it doesnt hold long We beat it with a stabilizer to hold It was too think so if my cake was not moist would have been dry Maybe next time il kp my mousse thinner

@Tammy - Waalykumussalam We usually make this in the Swiss roll size pan. 9×13 inch The big black oven tray usually needs a recipe that requires at least 2 cups flour. I hope this helps you 🥰
