I used honey, added th sunflower seeds - was delish but I'll reduce the butter, it was too rich and greasy, but really good otherwise.

Amazing Recipe ... just love it ... perfect for functions or just for family gatherings ... Jazakallah so much for sharing , used it with this icing recipe ... Also from @halaal.recipes ... 200g rama/stork - 3 to 4 cups icing sugar (to taste) - 4 teas vanilla essence - 4 Tbsp Milk ... Mix all together then taste the sweetness and adjust as desired ...

Easy easy and came out super soft and perfect. Added choc chips as per the suggested recipe. I'm pretty sure can be made into a loaf, with added baking times.
Made it another one, served with veg and pasta
