@Natalia - Hope you Enjoy ..remember the lemon juice should be very little to taste also add green and or red chilli flakes but taste ok

@Bubbles - you need a steam rack or something you can place in the pot to elevate the roulade on a heat proof plate. It must not be submerged in the water. Then cover and steam

Made with chicken mince. Very easy recipe. Didn't need to add an egg as mixture was sufficiently moist. I only personally found the sauce suggested to be too rich and sweet. I didn't find it to go well with roti, as a result I would make again but with a light lemon butter sauce or masala gravy instead
Came out perfectly fine.flop free.... will highly recommend 👌 the recipe
