Amazing recipe ... Didn't have self raising flour so I just used 2 cups all purpose flour and 2 and ΒΌ teas baking powder and a pinch of salt ... Tasted Perfect ... Though I'd recommend not using very hard bananas so it can mix easily and can give you a moist texture , and also using a fork mash the bananas first then add it in ...
