Made with chicken mince. Very easy recipe. Didn't need to add an egg as mixture was sufficiently moist. I only personally found the sauce suggested to be too rich and sweet. I didn't find it to go well with roti, as a result I would make again but with a light lemon butter sauce or masala gravy instead

Amazing recipe ... Didn't have self raising flour so I just used 2 cups all purpose flour and 2 and ¼ teas baking powder and a pinch of salt ... Tasted Perfect ... Though I'd recommend not using very hard bananas so it can mix easily and can give you a moist texture , and also using a fork mash the bananas first then add it in ...
