I recently tried this recipe for a date, banana, and walnut cake, and it turned out absolutely lovely! The combination of sweet dates, ripe bananas, and crunchy walnuts ( or pecans or both) created the perfect balance of flavors and textures. Definitely a recipe worth keeping!

Jee you could use this for (1kg) chicken curry, just go a little easier on the ginger and garlic. And spice with a lighter hand.
As for method, don't bother with searing. Just add your chicken in after braising your onions. All the best💕
