@Zahida Gani - Slms, did you bind by hand or use a machine? This also factors into how much flour is needed. I did say in my note that the original recipe uses 1 cup. 😊

Amazing and easy recipe. I added gorimas pepper steak spice and garnished with a little parsley. It was yummy and tasty. Served with creamy cheesy mash, but could easily be served with pasta. Can also add mushrooms. Tip: go easy on the salt as some of the spices may contain salt, including the nandos pepper sauce. Jzk for sharing

I found 1 ½ cup flour to be to grainy and dry, my dough and texture was gone to hard , next time i tried this recipe with 1 cup flour, and the dough just came out perfect
