@Ameera Mia - The Microwave cooks the potatoes in that oil so I called it fry
Please make this paragraph a bit more clearer . I would like to try this recipe. But i dont not understand. First you say fry then microwave! (Fry 4 potatoes in halves mixed with a bit of tumeric and salt in 2Tblsp oil and less the ⅛ cup water cover with microwave lid and cook in microwave for 15 minutes)

@S Patel - Not at all! Cups/ml (volume measurements) are different depending on how much you pack the ingredient into the cup. Gram measurement is standard and yields reliable results. Looking at this recipe, both the sets look accurate. But they are not interchangeable.

Aren't ml and gram weights usually the exact same? When i place anhthing on scale, the ml weight and grams weight is exactly the same, they are different in this recipe?

This looks very interesting, want to give it a try although i will tweak, just want to know, how long to bake or is it just till the cheese melts? Also can it just be done with white sauce only or other sauces on hand instead of the 3 cheese?
