New cooks Basic prep: salt to taste, dash of lemon juice, ginger and garlic, spice of your choice or A1 extra special mixed masala goes with everything alhumdulillah. Above Marinate is awesome.

@Umm Habeeba - Wa alaykumusalaaam ameen! I got out just over 2 dozen sandwiches. (So I'll say about 50 single it really helps to use a scale.) Quite a nice yield for just 125g butter.

@Bibi - The pan must be bigger it will cook faster.
Came out very nice. The sister that said it took long. SIZE of pan must be correct otherwise it will not cook well. This is a fair sized cake.
